| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; pillows and blankets are provided |
| Trash Disposal | tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances, community recycling and trash receptacles/dumpster on property |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee is ALWAYS deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |

| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
