| Amenities | automatic coffee maker, washer, dryer, toaster, microwave, TV, VCR, charcoal grill, telephone for local calling only |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; pillows and blankets provided |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up is NOT included; tenants are responsible for trash disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
