Complete with organic kitchen garden, water toys and surfboards. Sleep to the sound of the waves. |

| Baths | 2.5 baths with outside shower. Master bath with shower and luxurious tub en suite. |
| Maximum Occupants | 6 and will accept guests with one dog |
| Amenities | dishwasher, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, gas fireplace, CD-stereo-record player and a great library. Internet access (no TV) |
| Linens and Towels | 100 percent cotton bed linens, beach and bath towels, pillows and blankets provided |
| Trash Disposal | Trash pickup is not included. Tenants are asked to dispose of trash in accordance with local recycling ordinances. |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Friday |
