| Maximum Occupants | 6 and will accept guests with one dog |
| Amenities | dishwasher, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, gas fireplace, CD-stereo and a great library (no TV) |
| Linens and Towels | included in rental |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up is not included and tenants are responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
