| Bedrooms | 2 - 1 queen, 2 twin beds and 1 pullout hide-a-bed |
| Baths | 2 full plus 1 outside shower |
| Maximum Occupants | 5 |
| Amenities | fireplaces in living and dining rooms, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, television, washer/dryer and charcoal grill |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels (blankets and pillows provided) |
| Trash Disposal | tenants responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Sunday |
