| Bedrooms | 2 - 1 double, 2 twin and pull-out sofa bed in living room |
| Baths | 1 plus outside shower |
| Maximum Occupants | 4 |
| Amenities | automatic coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, radio, satellite TV, CD player, telephone, washer, outside furniture and charcoal grill |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up is not included; disposal of trash is the responsibility of tenants in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Sunday |
