| Amenities | toaster, auto coffee maker, VCR, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas grill, TV (no cable) |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide linens and towels; blankets and pillows provided |
| Trash Disposal | not included in rental; tenant responsible to separate and dispose in accordance with town ordinances. |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from security/cleaning deposit. |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Saturday |
