| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; pillows and blankets provided |
| Trash Disposal | tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances, community recycling and trash recepticles |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee is ALWAYS deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
