Bedrooms	3 bedrooms-one king, one queen, one with two twin beds plus a sleeping loft.
Baths	2 full, 1 half plus an outside shower
Maximum Occupants	4 adults, 4 kids
Amenities	washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stereo with iPod hookup, fireplaces, gas grill, wireless Internet. No TV.
Linens and Towels	100 percent cotton bed linens, beach and bath towels, pillows and blankets provided
Trash Disposal	Trash pickup is not included. Tenants are asked to dispose of trash in accordance with local recycling ordinances.
Cleaning	cleaning fee is ALWAYS deducted from damage/cleaning deposit
Pets	allowed
Rental Terms	50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1
Damage/Cleaning Deposit	due 2 weeks prior to your arrival
Rental Week	arrive and depart on Friday
