| Amenities | washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stereo, fireplace, and charcoal grill |
| Linens and Towels | bed linens, towels; pillows and blankets provided |
| Trash Disposal | tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances, community recycling and trash receptacles/dumpster on property |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee is ALWAYS deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Pets | allowed |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Friday |
