| Linens and Towels | Tenant must provide bed linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided |
| Trash Disposal | NOT provided: tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | A cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | Due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Friday |
