| Baths | 1 plus outside shower |
| Maximum Occupants | 4 |
| Amenities | automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, radio, television, DVD player, VCR, charcoal grill, telephone for local calling only; outside furniture (no cable) |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up is not included and tenants are responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will be ALWAYS deducted from security/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Saturday |
