| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided |
| Trash Disposal | NOT provided; tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances and dispose of at the Transfer Station |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Sunday |
