| Amenities | washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, cable TV, CD and VCR/ DVD players, radio, laundry room, outside furniture and charcoal grill; telephone (tenant responsible for toll calls) |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels |
| Trash Disposal | trash is picked up is not included; tenants are requested to separate and dispose of trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | Arrive and depart on Saturday |
