| Baths | 1 full, 1 outside shower |
| Maximum Occupants | 4 |
| Amenities | toaster, blender, washer, microwave, satellite TV, VCR/DVD player, gas grill, lawn furniture |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up NOT included; tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances and dispose of at the Town Recycle Center |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Pets | NOT allowed |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
