| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up included; tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |

| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
