| Amenities | automatic coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, satellite TV, VCR and DVD player, charcoal grill, outside furniture including picnic table, and local telephone service |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels (blankets and pillows are provided) |
| Trash Disposal | tenants are responsible for disposal and are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning NOT included; a cleaning fee will be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Sunday |
