| Amenities | blender, washer, dryer, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD/stereo (cassette), microwave, dishwasher, toaster, charcoal grill, telephone for local calling only; outside furniture |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; pillows and blankets are provided by owner |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up NOT included; trash disposal responsibility of tenants; tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from $500 security/cleaning deposit; tenant is expected to leave house neat and clean upon departure |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Saturday |
