| Amenities | automatic coffee maker, washer, toaster, microwave, television, VCR, stereo, gas grill, telephone for local calling only; lawn furniture |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up is NOT included; tenants are responsible for disposal and requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee included in rental rate but tenants are expected to leave the house neat and clean upon their departure |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Saturday |
