| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up not included, tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances and dispose of at the Town's Recycling Center |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee is ALWAYS deducted from damage/cleaning deposit; tenant is expected to leave house neat and clean upon departure |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
