| Amenities | air conditioning, automatic coffee maker, washer/dryer, toaster, microwave, satellite TV, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, new stove, blender, picnic table, gas grill, telephone for local calling only; deck furniture |
| Linens and Towels | tenant must provide bed linens and towels; blankets and pillows are provided |
| Trash Disposal | trash pick-up provided, tenants are requested to separate trash in accordance with local ordinances |
| Cleaning | cleaning fee will ALWAYS be deducted from damage/cleaning deposit |
| Rental Terms | 50% deposit due at lease signing; 50% balance due by June 1 |
| Damage/Cleaning Deposit | due 2 weeks prior to your arrival |
| Rental Week | arrive and depart on Friday |
